Rahim Manji
PRINCIPAL ADVISOR
Rahim’s path into transaction advisory gives him a practical edge.
With two successful exits early in his career, Rahim brings a practical business lens to transaction advisory. He exited his first business at 17, spent 10 years in banking, then built, grew, and sold a second business after leaving the sector.
His banking career gave him direct exposure to business owners and retail clients across credit products, KYC/AML processes, and underwriting requirements. That experience gave him a practical view of both sides of capital: what clients believe they need, and what lenders need to see before they can move forward.
He later moved into consulting, brokerage, and transaction work, helping business owners, operators, brokers, investors, and acquisition partners better understand structure, capital access, buyer fit, and deal readiness. That experience shaped Rahim’s approach: screen carefully, think like a buyer, and focus on what gives each opportunity a real basis to move forward.
Keystone Capital Partners is the formal expression of that body of work.
The focus is simple: make sure each opportunity is clear, credible, mandate-aligned, and ready for the next step.
